You understand that if any information you have provided is deemed false by our staff or system that your account will be suspended or removed until it is further verified.

We do track ip addresses.

Once you have placed your bid on an auction item on our website, this is now considered a legally binding contract you have entered to purchase this item and pick-up as stated on the items listing.

Payment for your items can be done by Cash, E-Transfer or Credit Card.

All items must be paid for and picked up by our stated deadlines. There are NO exceptions to our deadlines.

All sales are final, no refunds will be provided unless under special circumstances.

All items are only available for pickup - we do not deliver or ship any product.

These terms and conditions, rules and guidelines which govern your visit to our website may be changed by us at any time. If any of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable that the terms or conditions shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, disqualify, delete OR adjust any auction item, bid, bidder, account, or registrant at any time with or without cause.

Online Auctions

Once and auction ends on this site the winner will be notified and given instructions to confirm the purchase and make payment. Please allow upto 24 hours for a notification.

Rules & Pickup Arrangements for Online Auctions (on this site)

Porch pickup in Huntsville, Ontario (near Leon's) one hour after your have been confirmed the winner.
Once your offer is accepted - you must respond within 48 hours.
Pickup must happen within 1 week of the item ending or we move on. Failure to make arrangements and complete the transaction will have your account revoked.
** Do not bid if you can't pickup! Thank you!
